Joyful Heart Health and Fitness was founded in 2008 by Carol Sue Heinrich for the purpose of  promoting joy, health and fitness. We serve all ages and fitness levels. Our programs can be highly personalized and customized, not one size fits all because we recognize and appreciate that everyone is unique. We select training techniques and tools that fit our criteria of  being what we believe are the safest, most effective and efficient methods of training. Everyone from athletes to non-exercisers can be prone to injury. We believe that injury prevention and effectiveness of exercise techniques can be maximized through hands on live training and education. It can speed the time it takes to learn a new skill correctly and make it more enjoyable, increasing the likelihood that you will use the fitness tools you have and get the results you are looking for. We appreciate the opportunity to share our knowledge and skills with others and value interacting with those who would like to train with us. We are happy to provide support and encouragement as you journey toward a healthier you. We also have select nutritional supplements available that we believe are beneficial and can help you choose the ones that best meet your needs, if you are interested. We advocate sensible eating, not restrictive dieting or exercise obsession. We help you to fit fitness into your busy lifestyle!
Trainer Bios
 Carol Sue Heinrich, Owner and lead trainer. From a very young age, Carol has enjoyed being active and hoped to encourage a healthy lifestyle in those around her. She participated in group sports in high school and took up power walking after college.

As an RN, Carol hoped to help people to achieve their best level of health when caring for patients and their loved ones. Patient education, advocacy and wellness promotions were her passions as a nurse. She continually challenged herself to learn new things and to keep abreast of current nursing trends and knowledge. It was important to her to always keep learning and growing as a professional nurse to give her patients the best care possible.  Carol strives to do this as a fitness professional. Organizing a recreational women's softball team in her community for 10 years was a her way to share fitness fun with others. She believes that joy is the most important aspect of true wellness. Choosing a lifestyle that promotes health and leads to fitness can help people to lead more productive lives. In her blog she shares tips on experiencing true joy, and your best level of health and fitness.
