Thank you to the ladies who asked me to come out to the Milwaukee area for a workshop.
I enjoyed meeting each of you that attended & was impressed at how you worked so hard to hold the form.
A special thank you to Janet for finding such a nice location & getting this country bumpkin steered in the right direction home!
What a drive it was in the dense fog in the morning, but the afternoon drive home from Waukesha was pleasant & I enjoyed the beautiful colors of fall.
Thanks again ladies! I hope to come back, if you will have me.
(Sorry that some of you had already left before I remembered to take our group photo.)
"Thanks for all the work Carol!! I sure learned a lot, and will be putting it all to good use in my w/o tomorrow!
Thanks for making the trek to WI!!"

My 3 category winners (2008 T-Tapp 60 Day Challenge) from Lena and I ventured to Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in Florida for the annual T-Tapp Fitness Retreat. We flew in a day early to shop for their photo shoot outfits and to enjoy a day at the beach. They were consistent in doing their workouts and I was so happy for them. They joined my 12 -week challenge and did an individualized wellness plan including classes, a workshop and private training. It was a joy to me to get to work with these ladies and 2 others. (The group of 5 ladies lost 67.75 inches in 60 days!) Even though they are very busy making a difference in their corner of the world, they somehow managed to fit in a little time for their health and fitness and ended up winning the contest. Pictured from left to right:Mari won for "Basic Plus/TappCore". Dena won for "Total Workout" and Ruby won for "average to lose". In the pictures below, they are getting their picture taken by professional photographer, Dave Monroe. We had so much fun together and ate a lot of good food in between doing some of the nine workouts that were offered in the 3 days. I did all 9--WOW! (I can't say that I woulod recommend it.)

There were just 4 of us for my T-Tapp event in Madison, Wisconsin
@ Madison Ballet Stu
dio in the Westgate Mall. Each person went to their max. Mari Conway chose this workshop as part of her 12-week Challenge. (She is pictured on the right getting her professional photo done with help from Teresa Tapp.) Mari is continuing to progress and lose inches. She has lost over 60 inches in less than a year by doing mostly short workouts with me and some on her own at home. Her consistency even during difficult times is admirable.
"
Thank you Carol for a wonderful workshop. Your caring and attention to detail are amazing! Congrats to you and the Lena girls...have a great trip!" Fullbloom from the T-Tapp Forums.

Months of menotring with Kirsten Tucker for MORE, self-study and practice culminated in leading 3 workouts before the watchful eyes of Teresa Tapp. I was honored and relieved when Teresa increased my certification for Total Workout and certified me for MORE and Hit the Floor at the 2008 T-Tapp Trainer Retreat. I learned so many new things and enjoyed connecting with old friends and making new ones in Safety Harbor, Florida. My body and mind were stretched during intense muscle activation T-Tapp Trainer sessions lead by Teresa. I thought they were going to be light morning stretches. Surprise! My roomy, Allison, was so much fun. When she finishes all of her requirements, she will be a wonderful trainer as she has so much personality and is real. She knows what it takes to get the inches off and keep them off. Congratulations to everyone. I met some of the other trainers for the very first time and even got to hold Liv, Kat's baby--oh so cute!

Six ladies joined me for a Total Workout Workshop at Highland Community College in Freeport, IL. I had my youngest participant so far. She was 10 years old! I was so proud of how she stayed focused and worked for 2 hours! She told me that she has been "melting like an ice cream cone" since she started T-Tapp. I enjoyed working with each Tapper and seeing them "feel the difference."

Senior T-Tapp Trainer, Annette Kunde and I did a Saturday workshop at the Westgate Mall. Madison area Tappers worked hard. We're hoping to return soon.

Just back from sunny Phoenix, Arizona. I truly enjoyed doing the workshop at Shiloh Community Church on Saturday, April 19th. Each participant gave it their all. It was an honor to work with Senior T-Tapp Trainer & Trainer Mentor, Kirsten Tucker. I had a wonderful vacation and met so many nice people. I plan to return in early November.
"Thank you Carol and Kirsten--you both were great! I had some "good" soreness on Sunday, and had a great workout with B/R this evening, applying your pointers all the way. Hope either or both of you can return to Phoenix soon!"
Gale K.
"Thank you, Carol and Kirsten! I went with my sister... and both of us could hardly move Saturday night, and we really felt our back and bum muscles the next morning.
Thank you so much for the form tips. I had NO idea how much I wasn't tucking." from T-Tapp Forum

I am just tickled pink that I was able to attend Teresa Tapp's Fitness event in Kennesaw, GA on Saturday. Teresa challenged each of us to a whole new level. It is so impressive to see her teach, talk, correct and hold perfect form for over 10 hours. I was blessed to be able to go and learn from Teresa. (Thank you, Teresa.)She gave quallity attention to each participant and of course customized the sessions to the needs. As always, it was so much fun to be with other Tappers, ladies of all ages and fitness levels. We had a thirteen year old all the way up to a 77 year old!
I enjoyed once again seeing and working with T-Tapp Trainers, Renee, Jeanne, Michelle and Vicki and Cheryl the TNT from GA.(Bless your heart, Cheryl for the ride all the way from the airport--you are a ball of fun! Vicki and Renee-Thank you for driving me around too.) I met Kathy Gardner from GA for the first time. She is as tall and slim and elegant as her trainer photo. I made a new friend from Tennesee, my roomie, Danielle. So glad that Janet and Kim, two Tappers that I had met at the Fitness Retreat, said "Hi" in between all of the working out. It was nice to see them again, too! Jeanne and Renee did a great job with this event. Thank you everyone.
Buddy is the sweetest, most obedient dog I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating. If I ever get a dog, I want one like Buddy. He is definitely a well-trained and well-loved canine companion.
I can't bellieve that I forgot my camera! If I get some pictures from one of the other trainers, I will post them.
I haven't measured yet, but I feel like I lost some inches. I definitely feel more toned. Only a little soreness because I did not drink as much as usual due to travel.
I attended as a participant, but could not keep from doing at least a little form correction. This made it an even more meaningful time of learning from Teresa. (Saw it, heard it, did it, felt it!) I am eager to share what I have learned with my clients and see them get great results!
Happy Valentine's Day!
