Carol has been training locally and nationally, enjoying helping others to improve their health and fitness. Carol was awarded Senior T-Tapp Trainer status in January of 2010! Carol continues to receive training from top international fitness experts to share with her clients.

April 18, 2009 Lone Mountain Fellowship (Dean and Kris Cernek pastor there for those of you who know them) hidden amongst the cactus in Cave Creek, Arizona was the host site for this 6 hour workshop. Once again the ladies surprised themselves at what they were able to do. I enjoyed meeting each one and have gotten some positive feedback. Here is one that I would like to share with you:

March 7, 2009 Highland Community College in Freeport was the site of this workshop. All of these ladies worked hard and surprised themselves at how much they could do in a session. They picked up on the form very well throughout the session.

Thank you to the ladies who asked me to come out to the Milwaukee area for a workshop.
I enjoyed meeting each of you that attended & was impressed at how you worked so.
A special thank you to Janet for finding such a nice location & getting this country bumpkin steered in the right direction home!
What a drive it was in the dense fog in the morning, but the afternoon drive home from Waukesha was pleasant & I enjoyed the beautiful colors of fall.
Thanks again ladies! I hope to come back, if you will have me.(Sorry that some of you had already left before I remembered to take our group photo.)
