*Travel time (calculated at $25/hour), milage and applicable facility use fees are extra unless otherwise arranged. Federal mileage rate is $0.50/mile. However there is no extra charge for use of my facility.
The sesion fee is based upon the number of participants and the rate you select. Anyone present at the session is considered a participant whether they actively participate or observe. If the actual number of participants exceeds the number you selected, additional fees will be collected before the session begins based on the table below. If the actual number of participants is less than that which you selected, cacellation policies apply.
Cancellation fee is 25% of session fee up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled session. 50% of session if <2 weeks of scheduled session and is non-refundable within 72 hours of the session.
