December Special: $6/half hour class walk-in rate or 6 classes/$30 punch card.

Must own the book or the video for these classes.

Green=Lena Community Park District Activity Center, 220 W. Main St., Lena, IL

$10/class walk-in rate (no book or video required for this session)

Blue=Whole Body Studio, Freeport, Illinois(behind Culver's)

$7.50/ half hour class walk-in rate (video required for 9:30am Basic class, but not 10:15am walking workout)

$15/class Thursday night Total Workout walk-in rate (need to own book or video)

 

Notice: Many of my classes require that you own the book "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes"  or Basic Plus video to participate. This is a rule of T-Tapp Inc. Please contact me in advance. I have both available at discounted prices. I found them to be a good investment for my health and I think you will too!

If school is cancelled, classes are cancelled.

@ Joyful Heart Health and Fitness:

2 sessions/month for 3months = $95/month  ($270 if prepaid in full--Regular Price $360)
4 sessions/month for 3 months = $155/month  ($450 if prepaid in full--Regular Price $720)
4 sessions/ month for 6 months = $125/month ($720 if prepaid in full --Regular Price $1440)
 
Initial Consultation & Pre-Activity Screening or Health History Inventory $25/hr
You may even train in the comfort of your own home with Carol, if you would like.
(These web site rates do not apply to Metro Areas-Contact Carol for rates in your area.)
Single Private Session      $60/ 1-1.5 hour session Monday-Thursday
                                           $75/1-1.5 hour session on Fridays & Saturdays
 
Multi Private Session, pre-paid, non-refundable
2 (1-1.5 hour sessions) per week           $110/week M-Th
3 (1-1.5 hour sessions) per week           $156/week M-Th
 
Semi-Private Session -minimum 1.5 hour session
2-3 people                          $30 each/hr (M-Th)     $36each/hr Fr &Sa

Travel time and mileage are extra.
Prices are for services only, no products are included. Cost of the Facility Rental is not included and is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged. There is no additional charge for use of my personal facility@ 408 Oak Street, Lena, IL.
 
Pre-payment is required. No shows and cancellations beyond 24 hours of scheduled appointment are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
