What is the difference between classes, workshops and private and semi-private training?
Private training sessions with Carol are highly customized, supplying immediate feedback on your identified needs. Methods taught are applicable to any exercise program that you enjoy and to your activities of daily living. Duration of your training experience and each session is based upon your needs.
Semi-private training sessions are for those desiring to share training time with friends, family or co-workers. You choose the time and location that best meets the needs of your group. Instruction is more detailed than in a class. Duration is a minimum of 1 hour, but may be longer, if needed.
Workshops or Clinics are detailed. The pace is slow and steady to help each participant to work at their own level, yet still yield a great workout. Many people obtain inch loss from these sessions. They are open to the general public. Size of class and price varies. Hostess discounts are available. Carol has taught workshops in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Missouri & Arizona. Classes are one half hour or longer and provide a full body workout with cueing and water breaks. Session duration and number of classes/week may vary.
